The MTV VMAs 2010 nominees, were released recently. We discovered that Justin Bieber is nonimated as "BEST NEW ARTIST". He appeared at the VMAs Award show in the previous year, and claims "when he walked down the red carpet no one knew who he was." This year, he is nonminated and is ready for an all new red carpet walk down. Beliebers wish Justin the best of luck!
